ST. GEORGE’S FOOD PANTRY IS LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS TO FILL BAGS
In spite of the challenges and restrictions presented by the pandemic, St. George’s is still committed to feeding our neighbors. We have continued to give out prepackaged bags of food, outside, on Mondays and Thursdays, maintaining plenty of physical distance in order to keep everyone safe.
+We are looking for volunteers on Mondays and Thursdays from 11am - 1pm to prep the bags to be placed outside for our guests. Tables will be set up and spaced more than six feet apart in the Parish Hall to ensure everyone’s safety.
All volunteers will be expected to adhere to St. George’s COVID-19 Protocol. Please do not come to volunteer if you have tested positive or have been exposed to COVID-19, have a fever, or have experienced any flu-like symptoms.

We are in need of volunteers to shop for inventory at BJ’s. This task can be done when it fits with your schedule.

Helping Hands Ministry

Saint George's Helping Hands Ministry Looking for Volunteers!
Helping Hands is the ministry at St. George’s dedicated to supporting parishioners with meals, groceries, rides, and errands during times of need. We are currently seeking additional volunteers who might be able to help out with these types of tasks. This is a purely voluntary group without any minimum time commitment. In short, we periodically send an email describing a need and you may reply (or not reply) as you wish.
